Gold jewellery is priced live from the prevailing gold rate and the net weight of each piece, plus making charges and any VAT that applies. Investment bullion and coins are priced against the live metal market.

Because rates move continuously, the price is fixed only at the moment your order is confirmed and paid.

An order is a request to buy; it is accepted only once payment is verified.

We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing error, stock issues or failed verification.

Accepted methods include card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal and local bank transfer.

You may choose insured delivery within the UAE or collection at our boutique. Title and risk pass to you on delivery or collection.

Delivery times, charges, and the identity and signature we require on delivery are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Sales returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Sales Return & Exchange Policy, which sets out the exchange windows, the deductions applied after them, and the cases in which we refund money to your original payment method.

Buy-back and trade-in are valued at the prevailing rate on the day, are subject to identity verification, and are settled by bank transfer — never as a refund to a payment card.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
